Synopsis: 
As the market place is getting so congested with players, every organization needs to do what it takes to achieve business growth and profitability in the long terms. Hence, it is crucial for us to adopt the appropriate perspective. In an uncertain, complex and volatile world, every organization needs to develop value propositions that are new and compelling.

This workshop is designed to provide the overview of value innovation and how to cultivate these new values to shape the desired behaviors. Hence, its main intention is to cultivate systematic and scientific thinking to thrive performance that is aligned with the organization’s purpose.
